Graham Potter has risen the Chelsea team since the unexpected exit of Thomas Tuchel some weeks ago. The English Manager has brought a new idea and pattern of play to the team leading them to a spot in the Premier League top-four and also helping them qualify for the UEFA Champions League round of 16 when it seemed unlikely.

Since he arrived at the club, Chelsea are yet to lose a single game in all competitions this season.

Well, there are still two things Graham Potter isn’t doing right at Chelsea that need to be corrected urgently.
1, Not Sticking To A Particular Formation And Set Of Players.

Since Graham Potter came to Chelsea, the English Manager has been known for switching players and using different formations in his starting lineups.

The Former Brighton Manager is yet to have a fixed starting lineup which every manager ought to have.

Using different formations at times might affect the team’s performance so it will be ideal if Graham Potter brings up a particular formation and a fixed team that he can play consistently in matches.

2, Benching Players That Can Have A Solid Impact On The Team’s Performance.

Hakim Ziyech and Denis Zakaria are two players that haven’t found favour in the see of Graham Potter. They are always benched in matches and barely given minutes to make an impact from the bench.

These are quality players, one is very good at defending while the other is a guaranteed chance creator in the team. Graham Potter needs to be fairer and consider giving these players some minutes even from the bench.
