The Graham Potter-led team was spotted putting the finishing touches on their arrangement on Friday evening at the Cobham, where all the available first-team players were involved in several physical and tactical drills.
However, there were noticeable absentees from Chelsea’s training session on Friday, as four of their key players failed to show up at the Cobham due to their respective injuries.
Ngolo Kante is still in the treatment room for the hamstring injury he sustained a few months ago, and the Frenchman was not available for the training session on Friday.
Kalidou Koulibaly was also missing from Chelsea’s training session on Friday due to the knee injury he picked up a few weeks ago.
Wesley Fofana and Reece James are still on the Chelsea treatment table and both players were also missing from the training session on Friday.
