The English Premier League was in full flow on Matchday 14 as there were some impressive results. Tottenham Hotspur achieved what looked highly impossible when they came from two goals down to win 3-2 against Bournemouth.
After Keiffer Moore scored Bournemouth’s second goal in the 49th minute, the goal proved to be the perfect wake-up call for Antonio Conte’s side as they scored in the 57th minute through Ryan Sessegnon.
This was followed up with a goal from Ben Davies in the 73rd minute. The winning goal came in the 92nd minute through Rodrigo Bentancur as Tottenham Hotspur surprisingly got all three points.
However, Arsenal was the most impressive team in the English Premier League on matchday 14. The Gunners looked to be in real trouble after Bukayo Saka was withdrawn due to injury with the Gunners already a 1-0 ahead.
The loss of their most important player, however, didn’t affect their performance as Reiss Nelson, who replaced the Englishman got on the score sheet twice while goals from Thomas Partey and Martin Odegaard sealed an outstanding 5-0 win.
Manchester United won by a goal to nil against West Ham United on matchday 14 and it was obviously their resolute defense that got them over the line.
After Marcus Rashford’s first-half goal, the Red Devils were put under pressure by David Moyes’ side but a couple of impressive saves from David De Gea and determined defending from Harry Maguire, Lisandro Martinez, and Diogo Dalot helped the Red Devils get all three points.
This ensured that Manchester United’s goalscorer, Marcus Rashford, Lisandro Martinez, and Diogo Dalot made the team of the week while Arsenal’s Gabriel Jesus, who provided two assists, and Reiss Nelson, who scored two goals and provided one assist also got on the team.
