After narrowly beating West Ham United at Old Trafford over the weekend, English Premier League giants Manchester United are making preparations for their upcoming difficult clash against Spanish LaLiga club Real Sociedad in the UEFA Europa League.

This will be the Red Devils’ second meeting with Sociedad this season, with the first ending 1-0 in favor of Real Sociedad.

The two clubs will lock horns at the Reale Arena with Manchester United keen on winning and beating Sociedad with two goals or more to leapfrog them in the Europa League Group E table.

Should Manchester United fail to win with two goals ahead, they will have to play a Champions League team that drooped to the Europa League.

To make this happen, Erik Ten Hag needs to make a few changes in the squad that beat West Ham United on Sunday.

The likes of Lindelof and Antony didn’t play at all while Eriksen was taken out to have a rest ahead of the game in Spain.

Here is how Ten Hag should line up to tactically and systematically leapfrog Real Sociedad to the top of the table.
