The Europa League games resumed for Match Day 4 with games from across Europe which are more than what was expected by supporters.

After winning their last game at the Emirates Stadium against Bodø/Glimt, Arsenal again proved their superiority by going to Norway to pick vital points against Bodø.

Bukayo Saka scored the only goal of the game in the 24th minute after teaming up with Lokonga to earn Arsenal the knockout stage qualifications hope, as Saka scored his 3rd goal in 2 matches following their victory over Liverpool in the premier League.

PSV Eindhoven took advantage of playing in their own stadium to further extend their point in Group A as they get close to the next Round by beating Zurich of Switzerland by 5-0. Thanks to Gutierrez, Veerman, Sangare and El Ghazi for the goals.

Arsenal maintain their lead on the Group A Table with 9 points from 3 games, while PSV Eindhoven are 2nd with 7 points after winning their game against Zurich.

Man United returned to Old Trafford as they face Omonia Nicosia after beating them in Cyprus in the first leg. United struggled in the half after trying hard to get a breakthrough goal that never came till the first half ended.

United were also better in the second half with moderate chances but still unable to find the back of the net, until Scott Mc Tominey grabbed the vital goal for United in front of their fans to break the heart of Omonia Nicosia’s Goalie, Uzoho who had performed better.

It ended 1-0 at Old Trafford in favour of United. However, Real Sociedad beat Sheriff Tiraspol by 3-0 with goals from Navarro, Rico and Sørlot.

United are 2nd on the log with 9 points following their narrow win over Omonia Nicosia. Real Sociedad of Spain have 12 points from 4 games to put their qualifications ticket to the next Round in their own hands.
