Match Day 2 of the Women’s U-17 World Cup continues with the others Group games after Nigeria’s Flamingo bullied New Zealand Women.

Following their 2-1 victory over the Flamingos of Nigeria, Germany Women went into their 2nd game of the Tournament with huge confidence.
The Germans never disappointed by opening the game with a nice goal in the 21st minute from veil’s effort.
Sehitler capitalised on their dominance by scoring the 2nd goal, 4 minutes later, while Alber grabbed her 2nd goal of the Tournament in the 41st minute to seal the half.
Steiner welcomed Chile into the second half with another goal from the Penalty Spot in the 59th minute. Bender’s 61st minute strike made it 5-0 for the Germans while Portella sealed the Germans victory over a fighting Chile to make it a whopping 6-0.
By virtue of goals conceded, Nigeria’s Flamingo after occupying the number one spot are now 2nd with 3 points, Paving ways for Germany Women to the Top, following their victory over Chile. Chile are on Same point with Nigeria but are now trailing Nigeria based on goals permutations.
Nigeria Women now have all the opportunity to ride through to the next Round if they are able to play a draw against Chile women.
